14 天内无理由退款。 无论什么原因，付款后 14 天内提出申请，我们全额退回，不问理由。

2. 怎么申请

  1. 发邮件到 ruohuyang@163.com，写明订单号或购买时使用的邮箱；
  2. 或直接联系 Paddle 的买家支持，凭订单号申请；
  3. 我们确认后由 Paddle 发起退款，款项原路退回原支付方式。

3. 到账时间

Paddle 发起退款后通常 5–10 个工作日回到原支付方式，具体取决于发卡行或支付渠道。跨境支付与部分本地支付方式可能更久，这段时间不由我们控制。

4. 退款之后

退款完成的许可会被吊销——对应的 license.json 将停止工作。你的项目文件不受任何影响，仍可用免费功能打开和编辑。

5. 订阅续费

年订阅不会自动退款。如果你在续费扣款后 14 天内提出申请，按本政策第 1 条处理。若你已不再使用，建议在到期前取消续订，避免产生下一期扣款。

6. 我们保留的例外

14 天政策对下述情况仍然适用，但我们会先核查是否存在滥用：同一订单被反复退款后重新购买、许可被公开传播导致大量盗用。核查期间我们会先退款，再吊销许可。

2. How to request

  1. Email ruohuyang@163.com with your order ID or the email used at purchase;
  2. Or contact Paddle buyer support directly with your order ID;
  3. Once confirmed, Paddle issues the refund back to your original payment method.

3. Timing

Refunds typically reach your original payment method within 5–10 business days after Paddle issues them, depending on your card issuer or payment channel. Cross-border and some local payment methods take longer; that part is outside our control.

4. After a refund

The refunded licence is revoked — its license.json stops working. Your project files are untouched and remain readable and editable with the free feature set.

5. Renewals

Annual subscriptions do not renew-refund automatically. If you request a refund within 14 days of a renewal charge, this policy applies. If you no longer use the app, cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

6. Abuse review

The 14-day policy still applies to repeated buy-refund-buy cycles and to licences leaked publicly. We refund first, then revoke the licence.
